Resource Spectrum was formed in 1989 and provides staffing on a project, contract, contract to direct hire, and direct hire basis in all divisions which include information technology, executive search, financial, healthcare, biotechnology and insurance. Our diverse client base ranges from small/medium-sized corporations to Fortune 1000 companies. We also work with many companies in the Health Care industry.

Resource Spectrum recently acquired a contract to supply Government workers on Information Technology assignments and permanent positions. We have recruiting offices throughout the United States with corporate headquarters located in Grapevine, Texas.

Depending on what the employer is asking, you might be asked to fill out a skills checklist for the job you are applying for. Candidates applying for technical position might be asked to take a test on Qwiztek or Proveit, both nationally recognized testing programs that identify an individual’s technical skills.

On all contract positions, Resource Spectrum requires a reference check with a minimum of two former employers. A background check is performed which can include misdemeanor, felony and Department of Motor Vehicle inquiry.
