Candidates applying for technical position might be asked to take a test on Qwiztek or Proveit, both nationally recognized testing programs that identify an individual’s technical skills. On all contract positions, Resource Spectrum requires a reference check with a minimum of two former employers. A background check is performed which can include misdemeanor, felony and Department of Motor Vehicle inquiry.
